Gold and Platinum Business Memberships at CAM University
At CAM University, our Gold and Platinum business memberships are distinct programs, each designed to offer unique benefits. We encourage vendors to pursue both a Platinum membership at a campus of their choice and a Gold membership in a suitable region. However, there may be circumstances where a vendor cannot secure a Platinum membership—either due to financial constraints or because a Platinum member already exists in their desired category at that campus. Each campus is limited to one Platinum member per category, making Gold membership an excellent alternative.
Key Differences
By 2025, CAM University will expand to 15 campuses across Florida, divided into six regions.
Platinum business members enjoy exclusive participation in nine events at their designated campus, while Gold business members have the exciting opportunity to engage in events across their broader region on a first-come, first-served basis. These regional events provide a chance to connect with fellow professionals and expand your network.
Platinum members benefit from category exclusivity, allowing them to network without the presence of competitors at their events. While Gold members may not have access to Platinum-exclusive events, they can still enjoy unique opportunities tailored to their engagement level.
Additionally, Platinum business members receive a comprehensive list of attendees for their events, while Gold members are encouraged to network and build relationships in their own way.

Where are CAM University’s campuses located?
Exclusive events for Platinum business members take place at all CAM University campuses across the state. These include Orlando, Tampa, Pinellas County, Jacksonville, Broward County, North Palm Beach County, Melbourne, Sarasota, Naples, Fort Myers, Volusia County, Destin, Vero Beach, Panama City Beach, and Perdido Key.
Can Gold business members participate in Platinum-level exclusive events?
Only Platinum business members are permitted to attend our regularly scheduled Platinum-exclusive events, which typically include luncheons, educational happy hours, or dinners.
What events can Gold members attend?
Gold business members can sponsor and attend CAM U Socials or sponsor webinars on CAM U Live! The Show within their designated region by purchasing commercial ad space. Please note that these opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not category exclusive, meaning competitors who are also Gold members may participate.
How is CAM University structured by region?
CAM University is divided into six regions:

If I am a current Platinum business member at any campus, do I need a Gold membership to teach a class on CAM U Live! The Show?
No, you do not need a Gold membership to teach a class. We will selectively choose vendors to present on CAM U Live! The Show to ensure a diverse range of topics and presenters. If you are selected to teach, there are no fees or costs involved.
If I am a current Platinum business member at one campus, do I need a Gold membership to attend a CAM U Social in the same region?
Yes, only Gold business members are eligible to participate in CAM U Socials.
If I hold a Platinum business membership at one campus, am I guaranteed a spot at other campuses?
Membership is not guaranteed at any location. However, we strongly recommend that Platinum business members consider purchasing a Gold membership in regions where they have an interest in doing business.
If I am a current Platinum business member in any campus, do I need a Gold membership to sponsor webinars on CAM U Live! The Show?
Yes, only Gold business members are eligible to sponsor on CAM U Live! The Show.
What is a satellite event?
A satellite event is an occasion held in a location that is not a current CAM University campus.
Who can participate in a satellite event?
Both Platinum and Gold members may be offered the opportunity to sponsor and participate in satellite events on an individual basis. However, being a Platinum member does not guarantee participation in these events.
