CAM University is a private institution whose members are an integral part of Florida’s condominium and homeowners’ associations as managers and service providers. CAM U exists to provide educational resources for community association managers, management companies, and boards of directors. We provide schooling through live classes, podcasts, webinars, and workshops.
Our exclusive platinum events are typically held in intimate, limited-seat venues with exceptional cuisine. Our goal is always to create a special, curated experience for CAMs and business members as they network, learn, improve, and grow. If you are looking for additional opportunities for managers and business members to mingle, mix, and get their fun on, this August 2024 CAM University brings it up a notch with industry-focused get-togethers where a CAM can expect anything from trivia night happy hour to activity-based networking events. The brand-new CAM U Socials will be held in all six of our regions and are open to CAMs and both platinum and gold business members!
Business Members
Platinum and gold designations are available for business members. Platinum members enjoy trade/profession exclusivity at 4-7 events per year (depending on location/CAMpus)—that is, no other vendor in the trade or profession is represented. Business memberships range in cost from $500 to $3500 per year with certain discounts available. Limited Platinum memberships are available.
Association Managers
CAM U members who are association managers must meet certain requirements, including being licensed as CAMs and actively managing a community association and/or being employed by a community association management company. CAM members enjoy access to special education resources, priority placement on event waitlists, committee seat eligibility, and opportunity to enter valuable annual raffles. There is no financial cost to become a CAM U association member.
Board Members
Community association board members cannot be members of CAM University. However, board members may attend CAM U events if invited as guests of active association managers or business members.
